Senator Miller, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the               
adoption of the Health, Education and Social Services Senate                   
Committee Substitute offered on page 1415. Without objection,                  
SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 70(HES) was                                
adopted and read the second time.

unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced
